水平流除雾器运行特性及二次夹带现象研究

摘　　要：除雾器是湿法烟气脱硫系统中的关键设备,以水平流除雾器为研究对象,针对普通波形除雾器和向前倾角为10°的波型除雾器,对其压力降和除雾效率进行了实验,并根据实验结果对二次夹带现象进行了分析。研究结果表明:10°倾斜布置的除雾器在压力降、除雾效率等方面具有良好的运行效果,研究结果为水平流除雾器的应用提供了参考。Demister is the key equipment in wet gas desulfurization system.With horizontal flow demister as the research object,the pressure loss and demist efficiency of common wave type demister and forward 10°wave type demister were tested,and the phenomenon of secondary entrainment was analyzed according to the experimental results.The research results show that the demister with forward 10°has good operation effect in terms of pressure loss and demist efficiency and so on.The research results provide some references for the application of horizontal flow demister.
