摘 要:涡流管是一种无运动部件的制冷装置,动力为压力,运行简单且维护造价低。鉴于工业领域应用和推广的局限性,涡流管存在制冷性能不甚理想、制冷量有限、只适用于小空间制冷的缺点。以提高制冷性能为方向,简述其工作原理,分析热力过程,从理论研究、数值计算、实验研究介绍其研究内容和发展,并指出特点和存在的问题,针对提高制冷效应和可靠度提出了手段与方法。最后,展望了未来的发展道路,为涡流管在工程中的有效应用提供参考。Vortex tube as a kind of refrigeration equipment without moving parts,the power is pressure,convenient operation and price moderate.In view of the limitations of industrial application and promotion,vortex tube has the disadvantages of poor refrigeration performance,limited cooling capacity and only suitable for small space cooling.To improve the refrigeration performance as the direction,its working principle is briefly described,and its thermodynamic process is analyzed.The research content and development are introduced from theoretical study,numerical computation and experimental research,pointed out the features and existing problems,and the means and methods for improving the refrigeration effect and reliability are put forward.Finally,the future development of vortex tube is prospected,which provides a certain basis and direction for the effective application of vortex tube in engineering.
