摘 要:以丙烯酰胺基苯硼酸(AAPBA)、甲基丙烯酸糠酯(FMA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为单体合成双亲性无规共聚物poly(AAPBA-co-FMA-co-HEMA)(PAFH);PAFH再与碳纳米管(CNTs)发生Diels-Alder反应制备了聚合物共价接枝改性碳纳米管(PAFH-CNTs), PAFH-CNTs经自组装形成复合纳米组装体(PAFH-CNTs NCs).利用扫描电子显微镜和紫外分光光度计测试了PAFH-CNTs NCs的形态及稳定性.将PAFH-CNTs NCs修饰在丝网印刷碳电极(SPCE)表面,引入辣根过氧化氢酶(HRP)构建了过氧化氢传感器.利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和电化学工作站对传感器的形貌和传感性能进行表征.研究结果表明, PAFH-CNTs NCs为稳定的零维/一维(0D/1D)"串珠状"结构,可在SPCE表面形成高比表面积的纳米网络,构建的传感器在0.02~3.48 mmol/L范围内对过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))具有良好的线性响应,其灵敏度和检出限分别为63.98μA·(mmol/L)-1·cm^(-2)和4.2μmol/L,并且具有优异的稳定性和选择性.An amphiphilic random copolymer poly(AAPBA-co-FMA-co-HEMA)(PAFH)was synthesized with 3-acrylamidophenylboronic acid(AAPBA),furfuryl methacrylate(FMA)and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)as monomers.Thereafter,the functional polymer covalently grafted carbon nanotubes(PAFH-CNTs)was fabricated via Diels-Alder reaction between PAFH and carbon nanotubes(CNTs).They were co-assembled to form composite nano-assemblies(PAFH-CNTs NCs).The morphology and stability of PAFH-CNTs NCs were measured by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The results showed that PAFH-CNTs NCs has a zero dimensional/one dimensional(0D/1D)"beads-on-a-string" structure with long-term stability.Finally,PAFH-CNTs NCs were modified on the surface of screen-printed carbon electrode(SPCE),and the horseradish peroxidase(HRP)was introduced to construct a biosensor to detect hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).SEM,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and electrochemical workstation were used to characterize the morphology and sensing performance of the biosensor.It was illustrated that PAFH-CNTs NCs could form a nanonetwork with high specific surface area on the SPCE surface.The constructed sensor has a good linear response to H_(2)O_(2) within the range of 0.02—3.48 mmol/L,and the sensitivity and detection limit are 63.98μA·(mmol/L)^(-1)·cm^(-2) and 4.2μmol/L,respectively.Furthermore,it also has excellent stability and selectivity,which has application value for testing actual samples.
