摘　　要：定额管理是企业资源优化、有效节约成本、引导节能降耗的一项重要工作,对节约使用原材料、合理组织生产、调动员工积极性、提高设备利用率、降低成本、提高经济效益等方面,均有重要的作用。本文通过实证论述了C公司是如何开展定额与预算管理结合的,为全面预算管理的企业应用开拓了一些创新的方法,具有一定的借鉴价值。Quota management is an important work for enterprise resource optimization,effective cost saving and energy saving.It plays an important role in saving raw materials,rationally organizing production,mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees,improving equipment utilization,reducing costs,and improving economic benefits.This paper empirically discusses how Company C combines quota and budget management,and develops some innovative methods for the enterprise application of comprehensive budget management,which has certain reference value.
