摘 要:基于价值链视角,选取DEA模型测度了2011-2018年间中国高技术产业科技研发与成果转化两阶段创新效率,并运用系统GMM动态面板回归模型分析其创新效率的影响机制。研究结果表明:研发和转化阶段创新效率分别为0.534和0.390,通过两阶段回归分析,企业规模和科技水平对创新活动两阶段均有明显的促进效应。政府扶持抑制科技研发,却会提升企业的转化效率;人力资本在研发阶段有着明显的正向影响,却在转化阶段抑制创新。Based on the perspective of value chain,this paper selects DEA model to measure the two-stage innovation efficiency of science and technology R&D and achievement transformation of high-tech industry in China from 2011 to 2018,and uses system GMM dynamic panel regression model to analyze the influence mechanism of innovation efficiency.The results show that the innovation efficiency in the R&D and transformation stages is 0.534 and 0.390,respectively.Through the two-stage regression analysis,the scale of enterprises and the level of science and technology have obvious promoting effects on the two stages of innovation activities.Government support inhibits scientific and technological R&D,but it will improve the transformation efficiency of enterprises.Human capital has a significant positive impact in the R&D stage,but inhibits innovation in the transformation stage.
