摘　　要：每个工程项目都有其不同的特点和施工条件。不平衡报价法是对常规报价的一种优化。它是在总报价不变的前提下,将某些分项单价超出常规价,而将另一些分项工程的单价定得低于常规价,以保证总报价基本不变,如此既使自己的报价具有一定的竞争力,又能创造出较好的经济效益。本文将对工程造价与投标报价、不平衡报价法及其在工程投标中的应用进行了浅显的阐述。Each engineering project has its own different characteristics and construction conditions.The unbalanced quotation method is an optimization of the conventional quotation.Under the premise that the total quotation remains unchanged,the unit price of some sub-items exceeds the regular price,while the unit price of other sub-projects is set lower than the regular price to ensure that the total quotation is basically unchanged.The quotation has a certain degree of competitiveness and can create better economic benefits.This article will briefly explain the engineering cost and bid quotation,the unbalanced quotation method and its application in engineering bidding.
