摘  要:采用盲孔法残余应力测试技术研究了热处理工艺对汽轮机汽缸铸件残余应力分布特征的影响。结果表明:国内型内热处理工艺后,QT400-18A的常温力学性能、金相组织特征均符合技术要求,并且热处理时间明显低于国内正常热处理工艺,经型内热处理后汽缸的残余应力分布均匀,并且残余应力数值较低。The residual stress test technology of blind hole method has been used to study the influence of heat treatment process on the residual stress distribution characteristics of the casting cylinder of steam turbine.The results show that after the domestic heat treatment process inside mould,the room temperature mechanical properties and metallographic characteristics of QT400-18A meet the technical requirements,and the heat treatment time is significantly lower than that in the domestic normal heat treatment process.After the internal heat treatment process,the residual stress distribution of the cylinder is uniform,and the residual stress value is low.
