摘　　要：组织力不是无源之水、无本之木,它来自党的各级组织,来自组织里的每一名党员。组织力集中体现了我们党组织的战斗力和凝聚力。该文从美术院校学生基层党组织党建实际出发,通过组织建设、组织活动、组织载体三个方面的创新来提升组织力。Organizational power is not water without a source or a tree without a root.It comes from the Party organizations at all levels,from every Party member of the organizations.It embodies the combat effectiveness and cohesion of our Party organization.Starting from the reality of Party building in the primarylevel Party organizations of students of art academies,this paper aims to improve the organizational power through innovations in the three aspects of organization building,organization activities,and organization carriers.
