摘　　要：党小组是党支部全部工作和战斗力的基础,是党支部保持生命力和活力的基石。党小组活动是党支部发挥战斗堡垒作用的重要形式,是党支部不断发展壮大的制胜法宝。广州中医药大学第一附属医院药学部通过加强党小组的建设和管理,加强党小组特色活动,将党小组活动作为加强改进基层党建和药学专业提升服务的抓手,打造“党建+药学服务”特色党建品牌,进而提升药学部党支部党建和药学服务的影响力。The Party group is the foundation for all the work and combat effectiveness of the Party branch.And the Party group is the cornerstone for the Party branch to maintain its vitality and vigor.The Party group activity is an important form for the Party branch to play the role of fighting fortress,and it is also a magic weapon for the Party branch to develop and strengthen.Through strengthening the construction and management of the Party group,strengthening the characteristic activities of the Party group,and uses the Party group activities as the starting point,the Pharmacy Department of our hospital strengthens and improves the grassroots Party building and pharmacy professional services,in order to build the characteristic Party building brand of“Party building+pharmacy service”and enhance the influence of Party building and pharmacy service of the Party branch of the Pharmacy Department of our hospital.
