摘  要:随着当今时代的发展,女性在职场上的占比越来越高,女性担当的职场角色也越发重要。而在个体的发展中,人们需要提高职业适应力,从而更好地进行职业选择。本研究选取财经行业,对其中高知女性的生涯适应力进行研究,旨在解决女性在职业生涯中所面临的问题,为职场女性提供更加全面的对策与建议。With the development of the current era,the proportion of women in the workplace has become higher and higher,and the role of women in the workplace has become more and more important.In the development of individuals,people need to improve their professional adaptability so as to make better career choices.This paper selects the financial industry as an example and conducts research on the career adaptability of high-level intellectual women in order to solve the problems faced by women in their careers and provide more comprehensive countermeasures and suggestions for women in the workplace.
