摘　　要：经过对辊芯材料的焊接性能分析,选择合适的焊接材料和工艺措施,通过工艺试验和模拟件的焊接,制作专用加热工装及温度控制措施,实现在3CrMoV轧辊辊芯圆弧面上采用埋弧焊进行堆焊,堆焊质量达到了产品技术要求。By analyzing welding property of roller core material,suitable welding material and process measures have been selected.Special heating tooling and temperature control measures have been made by process testing and simulation workpiece welding to apply submerged arc welding on 3CrMoV roller core arc surface to realize surfacing welding,finally the surfacing welding quality accomplished products technical requirements.
