小车凸台R角堆焊机研制与应用

摘　　要：针对石化压力容器制造过程中凸台R角手工堆焊效率低、劳动强度大,且焊缝质量极易受人为技术水平影响,研制了一种能够跟踪凸台并且自主行走的小车凸台R角堆焊机。通过匹配小车行走与筒节旋转相向运动速度大小控制焊接工艺参数,实现筒节内凸台R角自动堆焊。实际应用表明:研制的小车凸台R角堆焊机操作简便,工艺参数容易控制,完全满足凸台R角堆焊工艺要求,效率高,焊缝成形好。Regarding to shortcomings of lower efficiency,high labor intensity and weld quality easily affected by operational personnel of manual surfacing welding boss R angle in the process of petro-chemical pressure vessel manufacturing,a trolley surfacing welding machine used for boss R angle has been researched and manufactured to realize boss tracing and automatic movement.By controlling welding parameters with matching opposite motion velocity values of trolley movement and shell ring rotation,boss R angle inside of shell ring has been carried out auto surfacing welding.The practice showed that the trolley surfacing welding machine used for boss R angle possessed advantages of simple operation and easy process parameters control,finally it completely accomplished surfacing welding requirements of boss R angle with higher efficiency and sound weld appearance.
