摘 要:为了实现小尺寸空间内换能器阵性能的提升,对Ⅳ型弯张换能器短轴方向密排布阵的形式进行了有限元分析,发现由于受到互辐射的影响,发送响应曲线会出现两个谐振峰。针对该双峰耦合现象进行分析,提出优化设计方案,并通过实际检测验证了该现象。该现象为低频换能器宽带设计提供了一种较为理想的方法和思路。根据不同项目需求,可利用同样的换能器灵活组合出不同带宽、源级性能的换能器阵,满足多方面的要求。In order to improve the performance of acoustic transducer array in small size space, the finite element analysis is carried out for the class Ⅳ flextensional transducer array compactly lined up in the direction of short axis, and it is found that there would be two resonant frequencies in the transmitting response curve due to the influence of mutual radiation. Based on the analysis of the bi-resonance coupling phenomenon, an optimal design scheme is proposed, and this phenomenon is verified by practical detection. This phenomenon provides an ideal method and idea for the design of low frequency broadband transducer. According to the needs of different projects, the same transducers can be flexibly used to combine the transducer arrays with different bandwidth and source levels to meet various requirements.
