摘  要:基于车用动态循环工况,对车用燃料电池堆进行1044 h耐久性实验。基于实验数据,从电流和运行时间两个方面进行燃料电池堆电压一致性研究,发现电压一致性随电流的增加和运行时间的延长而变差。在此基础上,提出一种改进的单体电池电压一致性评价方法,指标包括:电压最大偏差率、单体电压波动率和单体电压异众比率。在改进的评价方法中,综合考虑3个指标来评价单体电池电压的一致性,避免单一指标的片面性。该方法能客观地评价电压一致性,具有广泛的适用性。Based on the dynamic cycle condition for vehicle,a 1044 h durability test was carried out on a vehicle fuel cell stack.Based on the test data,voltage uniformity of the stack was studied from two aspects:current and operating time.It was found that voltage uniformity became worse with the increasing of current and prolonging of operating time.On this basis,an improved evaluation method of voltage uniformity was proposed;the indicators included maximum deviation rate of voltage,single voltage fluctuation rate and single voltage variation rate.In the improved evaluation method,three indicators were comprehensively considered to evaluate voltage uniformity,which could avoid one-sideness of a single indicator.This method could objectively evaluate voltage uniformity and was of extensive applicability.
