摘　　要：目的:分析和对比经脐单孔腹腔镜与传统多孔腹腔镜在妇科良性疾病手术中的临床效果。方法:选择本院2018年7月-2019年7月收治的258例妇科良性疾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组(140例)和研究组(118例),对照组采用传统多孔腹腔镜术治疗,研究组采用经脐单孔腹腔镜术治疗,对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次下床时间、术后3 d内应用止痛药频率、并发症发生率及对腹部切口美容效果的总满意率。结果:研究组手术时间显著长于对照组,研究组术中出血量、术后首次下床时间、术后3 d内应用止痛药频率、并发症发生率均显著优于对照组,研究组对腹部切口美容效果的总满意率显著高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术对妇科良性疾病患者治疗,具有出血少、并发症少、疼痛轻、术后恢复快及腹部切口美容效果好等众多优势。Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical effects of transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy and traditional porous laparoscopy in the operation of gynecological benign diseases.Method:A total of 258 patients with benign gynecological diseases treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group (n=140) and study group (n=118).The control group was treated with traditional porous laparoscopy and the study group was treated with transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy.The operation time,the amount of bleeding during operation and the time of getting out of bed for the first time after operation,frequency of painkillers,incidence of complications and total satisfaction rate for cosmetic effect of abdominal incision within 3 days after operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group,the amount of blood loss during the operation of the study group,out of bed for first time after the operation,the frequency of the pain medication and the complication rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy has many advantages in the treatment of benign gynecological diseases,such as less bleeding,less complications,light pain,fast postoperative recovery and good cosmetic effect of abdominal incision.
