如意散治疗药物流产后阴道出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究如意散治疗药物流产后阴道出血的临床疗效。方法:试验收集在笔者所在医院妇科门诊接受治疗的药物流产后阴道出血患者66例,时间2019年4月-2020年4月,随机编码并利用计算机技术依次纳入对照组和观察组中,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予中药如意散治疗,记录两组患者阴道出血时间、出血量及宫内残留组织排出情况,比较分析临床应用效果。结果:观察组患者阴道出血量较对照组优,且阴道出血时间(11.20±5.39)d,短于对照组的(17.28±8.58)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者宫内残留组织排出率高达93.94%,较对照组69.70%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率93.94%,亦高于对照组的69.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于药物流产后阴道出血患者,临床给予中药如意散治疗效果显著,值得临床探讨与推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Ruyi San in treating vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Method:The trial collected 66 patients with vaginal bleeding after medical abortion who were treated in the Gynecological Clinic of our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020.They were randomly coded and included in the control group and the observation group using computer technology.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine Ruyi San.The time of vaginal bleeding,the amount of bleeding and the discharge of residual tissue in the uterus were recorded in the two groups,and the clinical application effects were compared and analyzed.Result:The amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the vaginal bleeding time was (11.20±5.39) d,which was shorter than (17.28±5.58) d of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The intrauterine residual tissue excretion rate of the observation group was 93.94%,which was higher than 69.70% of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%,which was also higher than 69.70% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with vaginal hemorrhage after medical abortion,the clinical treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine Ruyi San is significant,which is worthy of clinical exploration and promotion.
