摘　　要：随着舒适化医疗、加速康复外科理念的发展,在术前对患儿进行有效充分的镇静是一项有价值且有必要的麻醉方法。但由于目前小儿术前镇静药物的局限,镇静类新药物在小儿领域使用的限制性,掌握小儿术前常用镇静药物及合适的给药途径,可有效地降低术前焦虑及恐惧给小儿带来的伤害及不良反应的发生。本文从目前国内外麻醉领域对小儿术前常用镇静药物及给药途径进行归纳和总结,为小儿术前镇静技术的开展提供参考。With the development of comfortable medical treatment and enhanced recovery after surgery concepts,effective and sufficient sedation of children before surgery is a valuable and necessary anesthesia method.However,due to the limitations of pediatric preoperative sedative drugs and the limitation of new sedative drugs in the pediatric field,mastering the commonly used preoperative sedative drugs and the appropriate route of administration in children can effectively reduce the injury and adverse reactions caused by preoperative anxiety and fear in children.This article summarized the commonly used preoperative sedative drugs and the route of administration in the field of anesthesia at home and abroad,and provided a reference for the development of pediatric preoperative sedation techniques.
