SdLDL-C、Hcy、hs-CRP联合检测在老年冠心病合并下肢动脉粥样硬化疾病中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sdLDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测在老年冠心病合并下肢动脉粥样硬化疾病中的诊断价值。方法:采用回顾性方法,收集2020年2-12月在本院全科门诊收治的88例老年冠心病合并下肢动脉粥样硬化疾病患者作为研究组,同期选取80例单纯老年冠心病患者作为对照组。分别对两组患者进行sdLDL-C、Hcy、hs-CRP水平的检测,并分析单独检测和联合检测的诊断效能。结果:研究组sdLDL-C、Hcy、hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。sdLDL-C、Hcy、hs-CRP三项联合检测的灵敏度、特异度分别为86.8%、83.3%,明显高于单独检测的诊断效能。结论:老年冠心病合并下肢动脉粥样硬化疾病的SdLDL-C、Hcy、hs-CRP升高,联合检测可以提高老年冠心病合并下肢动脉粥样硬化疾病的诊断效能,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of combination of the small but dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(sdLDL-C),homocysteine(Hcy)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with lower extremity atherosclerosis.Method:Retrospectively,88 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with lower extremity atherosclerosis admitted to the General Clinic of our hospital from February to December 2020 were collected as the study group,and 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease alone were selected as the control group during the same period.SDLDL-C,Hcy and hs-CRP levels were detected in two groups respectively,and the diagnostic efficacy of single detection and combined detection were analyzed.Result:The levels of sdLDL-C,Hcy and hs-CRP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of sdLDL-C,Hcy and hs-CRP combined detection were 86.8%and 83.3%,which were significantly higher than the diagnostic efficiency of single detection.Conclusion:The sdLDL-C,Hcy and hs-CRP in senile coronary heart disease complicated with lower extremity atherosclerotic disease increase.Combined detection can improve the diagnostic efficiency of senile coronary heart disease complicated with lower extremity atherosclerotic disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
