摘  要:目的:探究瞬时诱发性耳声发射(TEOAE)联合自动听性脑干反应(AABR)在新生儿听力筛查中的应用价值。方法:选择珠海市妇幼保健院2019年7月1日-2020年6月30日出生的新生儿7 911例为研究对象,分别采用TEOAE与TEOAE+AABR进行初筛、复筛,满月后到院采用TEOAE+AABR复筛,确诊以复筛结果为准,比较两种初筛、复筛阳性率。结果:TEOAE初筛阳性率6.41%(507/7 911),TEOAE+AABR为7.22%(571/7 911),TEOAE初筛阳性率低于TEOAE+AABR,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TEOAE复筛阳性率0.47%(37/7 911),TEOAE+AABR为0.57%(45/7 911),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TEOAE联合AABR用于新生儿听力筛查与仅用TEOAE比较,可提升阳性筛查结果,有利于早确诊、早治疗。Objective:To explore the application value of transient transiently evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAE)combined with automatic auditory brainstem response(AABR)in newborn hearing screening.Method:A total of 7911 newborns born from July 1,2019 to June 30,2020 in Zhuhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.TEOAE and TEOAE+AABR were used for preliminary screening and re-screening respectively,and TEOAE+AABR re-screening was used in the hospital after the full month.The re-screening results were used as the diagnostic standard,and the results of the two primary screening and re-screening methods were compared.Result:The positive result of TEOAE preliminary screening was 6.41%(507/7911),TEOAE+AABR was 7.22%(571/7911),the positive result of TEOAE preliminary screening was lower than TEOAE+AABR,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive result of TEOAE re-screening was 0.47%(37/7911),and TEOAE+AABR was 0.57%(45/7911),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:TEOAE combining with AABR for neonatal hearing screening comparing with TEOAE alone can improving the positive screening results,which is conducive to early diagnosis and early treatment.
