智慧手卫生管理系统在临床科室护士手卫生管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨智慧手卫生管理系统在临床科室护士手卫生管理中的应用。方法:本院2018年1-12月(实施前)对手术室护士手卫生行常规6 s洗手管理,2019年1-12月(实施后)应用智慧手卫生管理系统对本院临床科室护士实施手部卫生管理,比较实施前及实施后临床科室护士洗手知晓率、手卫生依从性、患者医院感染率及满意率。结果:实施后,临床科室护士在无菌操作后、戴手套前、脱手套后、接触分泌物或血液后、从污染区至无菌区、侵入性操作前/后、下班前洗手依从率高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后,临床科室护理人员对临床科室洗手法、洗手时间、洗手次数、洗手材料、洗手范围等知识知晓率高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后,临床护士无菌操作合格率、患者医源性感染率及满意率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:智慧手卫生管理系统的应用能有效提高临床科室护士手卫生知识及洗手依从性,从而有效预防医院感染发生率,提高医院感染管理效果。Objective:To explore the application of smart hand hygiene management system in the hand hygiene management of nurses in clinical departments.Method:The nurses in the operating room were conducted with routine 6-second hand washing management from January to December 2018(before implementation).The intelligent hand hygiene management system to implement hand hygiene management for nurses in our clinical department from January to December 2019(after implementation).The awareness rate,hand hygiene compliance,hospital infection rate and satisfaction rate of patients before implementation and after implementation were compared.Result:The rates of hand washing compliance after aseptic procedures,before wearing gloves,after removing gloves,after contact with secretions or blood,from contaminated areas to sterile areas after implementation were higher than before implementation(P<0.05).The clinical department nurses’awareness rate of the clinical department’s handwashing method,hand washing time,hand washing frequency,hand washing materials,hand washing range and other knowledge after implementation were higher than before implementation(P<0.05).The qualified rate of aseptic operation of clinical nurses and logistics personnel,the iatrogenic infection rate and satisfaction rate of patients after implementation were higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the intelligent hand hygiene management system can effectively improve the hand hygiene knowledge and hand washing compliance of nurses in clinical departments,thereby effectively preventing the incidence of nosocomial infections and improving the effectiveness of nosocomial infection management.
