黄龙止咳颗粒联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的效果及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗联用黄龙止咳颗粒对小儿喘息性支气管炎患者的临床效果及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选择本院2019年1月-2020年6月诊治小儿喘息性支气管炎患者90例。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与试验组,各45例。对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,试验组在布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的基础上联合黄龙止咳颗粒治疗。对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后CRP、IL-10、IL-12水平,并统计不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组CRP、IL-10水平为(21.55±3.10)mg/L、(14.12±4.28)pg/ml,低于对照组,IL-12水平为(27.10±9.26)pg/ml,低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为4.44%,试验组为6.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗联用黄龙止咳颗粒可提高对小儿喘息性支气管炎的效果,有利于改善机体炎症反应,且用药安全可靠,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huanglong Zhike Granule combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation in children with asthmatic bronchitis and its influence on levels of inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 90 pediatric asthmatic bronchitis patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide atomization inhalation,and the experimental group was treated with Huanglong Zhike Granules on the basis of Budesonide atomization inhalation.The clinical efficacy and the levels of CRP,IL-10,and IL-12 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP and IL-10 levels in the experimental group were(21.55±3.10)mg/L,(14.12±4.28)pg/ml,which were lower than those in the control group,and the IL-12 level was(27.10±9.26)pg/ml,which was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.44%in the control group and 6.67%in the experimental group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Budesonide atomization inhalation therapy with Huanglong Zhike Granules can improve the effect of asthmatic bronchitis in children,and is beneficial to improve the inflammatory response of the body.The drug is safe and reliable,and worthy of promotion.
