摘　　要：羊毛地毯易受食毛蛀虫的蛀蚀,故应用合成萘醌防蛀功能色素(AMNQ)对羊毛地毯纱线进行染色,但效果不佳。探讨了阴离子双子表面活性剂(C-AGS)洗涤对AMNQ上染羊毛地毯纱线的应用增效。羊毛地毯纱线C-AGS优化洗涤工艺为:C-AGS2.0%(omf),JFC 1.2%(omf),温度50℃。经C-AGS洗涤后,羊毛地毯纱线的白度提高36.8%。应用AMNQ对C-AGS洗涤后的羊毛地毯纱线进行染色,K/S值增大,色牢度提高。表明应用C-AGS对羊毛地毯纱线进行洗涤,实现AMNQ染色羊毛地毯纱线的应用增效基本可行。Wool carpet was easy to be eaten by moths,so synthetic anti-moth naphthoquinone pigments(AMNQ)were used to dye wool carpet yarn,but the dyeing effect was not ideal.The dyeing abilities improvement of C-AGS washing on wool carpet yarns dyed with AMNQ pigments was investigated.The optimal conditions for the washing process of C-AGS on wool carpet yarns were as follows:C-AGS 2.0%(omf),JFC 1.2%(omf),temperature 50℃.The whiteness of wool carpet yarn increased by 36.8%.AMNQ was used to dye the wool carpet yarn washed by C-AGS.The K/S values and color fastness of dyed wool carpet yarns increased.The results showed that the dyeing abilities improvement of AMNQ on wool carpet yarns was feasible by the application of C-AGS in the washing.
