摘 要:用合成整理剂柠檬酸-乙二醛对真丝织物进行防皱整理,并于整理液中添加交联剂LS-710。分析复配体系中整理剂用量、交联剂用量、催化剂种类和用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等因素对防皱效果的影响,研究防皱整理对染色真丝织物K/S值、色牢度等的影响。结果表明:在优化工艺下,真丝织物的抗皱效果较好,折皱回复角可达285.4°,强力保留率和白度分别为90.1%和68.3;防皱整理对染色真丝织物的K/S值和色牢度影响不大。The silk fabric was treated with citric acid-glyoxal,and the crosslinking agent LS-710 was added into the finishing solution.The effects of finishing agent dosage,cross-linking agent dosage,catalyst type and dosage,baking temperature and time on the anti-wrinkle effect were analyzed,and the effect of the antiwrinkle finishing on the K/S value and color fastness of dyed silk fabrics was studied.The results showed that under the optimized process,silk had better anti-wrinkle effect.The wrinkle recovery angle could reach285.4°,and the strong retention rate and whiteness were 90.1%and 68.3.The anti-crease finishing had little effect on the K/S value and color fastness of dyed real silk.
