摘  要:针对某电厂1000MW汽轮机改造后高、中压汽缸模块的技术特点,研究出一套汽缸负荷分配测量和调整技术,并规定出在全实缸未连接外部管道时汽缸中心线两侧对称位置的负荷分配允许偏差和连接管道之后的允许偏差。根据该负荷分配调整工艺方法,能够减小汽轮机在安装后两侧猫爪受力不均及管系连接过程中产生的附加应力,使汽缸能够自然受力和自由膨胀,保证汽缸在各工况下均不会出现失稳情况。总结出的汽缸负荷分配的基本理论和调整方法对今后汽轮机的设计和安装工作具有重要的指导意义。In view of the technical features of the HP and IP modules of the retrofitted 1000MW steam turbine,a set of scientific and reasonable measuring and adjusting technologies were investigated for the load distribution of the casings,and the permissible deviations were defined for the load distributions at the symmetrical positions at both sides of the casing centerline at top-on state before and after the connection of external piping.With the load distribution adjusting process and method presented in this paper,the uneven forces on lugs at both side of the steam turbine after installation and the additional stress arising during piping connecting can be reduced to allow the casing expands freely and avoid any instability of the casing at all working conditions.The basic theory and adjustment methods for the load distribution of the casing summarized in this paper will have guiding significance for future design and installation of steam turbines.
