摘  要:电动热网循环水泵改背压式汽轮机驱动理论上可以实现供热抽汽能量的梯级利用,同时降低机组厂用电率,但一直缺少节能效果的数据支撑。以节能理论分析为基础,结合机组实际运行环境建立边界条件,通过汽轮机组热力性能变工况分析,分析计算改造前后节能效果,形成了具有较强实用意义的节能效果分析方法,可为同类项目节能效果分析以及改造方案决策提供指导。Changing electric heating network circulating water pump to back pressure turbine drive can technically realize the cascade utilization of heating extraction energy.Meanwhile reduce auxiliary power ratio,but there has been a lack of data on energy efficiency.This paper based on the energy conservation theory analysis.Establishment of boundary conditions in combination with the actual operation environment of the unit.Analysis of the thermal performance of the steam turbine.Analyze and calculate the energy saving effect before and after the transformation.Which developed an analysis method with practical significance for energy conservation result.Guidance for the decision of reform scheme for similar projects is also provided.
