摘 要:汽轮机进、排汽端的运行性能互相影响,汽轮机优化运行没有考虑两端之间的耦合性,会导致运行优化效果失真。通过研究汽轮机进排汽运行特性机理,建立进排汽耦合运行优化模型,提出基于机组负荷和循环水进口温度的汽轮机耦合运行优化方法并应用实现。结果表明:该方法能够指导汽轮发电机组进排汽耦合优化运行,满足机组实际运行需求。The operation performance of the inlet and exhaust parts of the steam turbine affects each other,and the coupling between the two parts was not considered in the actual operation mode,resulting in the distortion of the operation optimization effect.Through the study of the operation mechanism of the steam turbine inlet and exhaust,the paper established the optimization model of the coupled operation of the inlet and exhaust,and proposed the optimization method of the coupled operation of the steam turbine based on the external objective factors of the unit.The application results shew that the optimization method of the coupling operation of the inlet and exhaust steam ends of the steam turbine could guide the overall synchronous optimal operation of the steam turbine generator set and met the actual operation requirements of the unit.
