摘  要:以表面式间接空冷系统空冷塔为研究对象,建立了间冷塔散热器传热性能数学模型,研究了零风速条件下间冷塔内冷却水和空气间的传热性能,以及机组负荷、环境温度对冷却水量的影响和冷却水量可调节的温度范围的影响。计算结果显示,机组负荷越高,冷却水量最低值越大,冷却水量可调节的温度范围越大;冷却水进口温度最低值越高,冷却水量最低值越小,可调节温度范围越大;冷却水出口温度最低值越高,冷却水量最低值是越大,可调节温度范围越小。得到的冷却水量优化调节的结论可为间冷机组优化运行提供理论依据及方法。In this paper,a heat transfer mathematical model of is established based on the surface indirect air cooling system air cooling tower.Using this model,the heat transfer performance between cooling water and air in the air cooling tower under zero wind speed condition,as well as the influence of unit load and ambient temperature on cooling water volume and the adjustable temperature range of cooling water volume are studied.The calculation results show that with the increase of unit load,the minimum value of cooling water is larger,and the adjustable temperature range of cooling water is larger.With the higher the minimum inlet temperature of cooling water,the smaller the minimum cooling water mass flow,and the larger the adjustable temperature range;The higher the minimum value of cooling water outlet temperature is,the greater the minimum value of cooling water mass flow is,and the smaller the adjustable temperature range is.The conclusion obtained in this paper can provide theoretical basis and method for optimal operation of indirect air cooling unit.
