摘  要:为了使人们不受运动场地的限制,达到理想的锻炼效果,基于生物激励方法对上肢健身器材进行了设计。定义健身器设计的生物学问题,通过计算特征距离和分解设计元素确定了最佳的生物模仿对象和健身器设计模型。建立了上肢健身器的三维模型,依据锻炼数据对该模型的动力学特性进行了运动分析。结果表明:上肢健身器能够在正常锻炼时平稳运动,具有锻炼效果。其最大角速度在0.30 rad·s-1附近波动,最大角加速度维持在0.03 rad·s-2附近,运动变化较为平稳,不会对人体造成误伤,具有可行性和可靠性。In order to make people not restricted by the sports field and achieve the ideal exercise effect,the upper limb fitness equipment was designed based on the biological excitation method.The biological problems of fitness equipment design are defined,and the best biological simulation object and fitness equipment design model are determined by calculating feature distance and decomposing design elements.A three dimensional model of upper limb fitness equipment is established,and the dynamic characteristics of the model are analyzed according to the exercise data.The results show that the upper limb exerciser can move smoothly during normal exercise and has exercise effect.The maximum angular velocity fluctuates around 0.30 rad·s-1,and the maximum angular acceleration is maintained around 0.03 rad·s-2.The motion changes smoothly,and it will not cause accidental injury to human body,which is feasible and reliable.
