摘  要:为了保证高塔末敏探测系统在高速回转运行时的稳定性与可靠性,搭建了以转台机械结构、转台测控系统和转台调平支架为主要组成部分的二轴高速转台系统。在高速转台三维模型基础上,利用ANSYS Workbench提供的有限元分析模块对转台承受载荷的框架结构及回转主轴进行静态和动态特性分析。仿真结果表明:将简化的结构表示为负载加载在分析模型上,从模型的应力云图和位移变化云图中可以看出,最大形变及应力分布在负载内框部分,最大位移量为2.22775×10-2 mm,最大应力为12.158×106 Pa,转台结构满足安全系数的要求。通过对比转台固有频率数学计算结果与软件固有频率仿真结果,可以看出转台简化模型前6阶的固有频率均大于外部激励频率的83.3 Hz。转台固有频率的理论计算模型与仿真计算模型都是合理的,为光电探测转台的优化设计提供理论依据。In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the terminal sensitive detection system when it is working at high speed,a two axis high speed turntable was built,which consisted of the mechanical structure,the measurement and control system and the leveling bracket.The static and dynamic characteristics of the high speed turntable were analyzed with the finite element analysis module provided by ANSYS Workbench.The simplified structure was introduced as the load on the proposed model.The stress and displacement nephograms of the model showed that the structure of the turntable satisfied the requirements of safety factor.The maximum displacement was 2.22775×10-2 mm and the maximum stress was 12.158×106 Pa,both of which were distributed in the inner frame of the load.By comparing the inherent frequencies obtained by mathematical calculation and the simulation,it was found that the natural frequencies of the first six orders of the simplified turntable model were all greater than 83.3 Hz of the external excitation frequency.Both the theoretical and simulation calculation models of the natural frequency of the turntable were reasonable.This study provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the photoelectric detection turntable.
