摘　　要：中国古代编辑家群体在长期的编辑实践中形成的一系列思想是遗教后世的宝贵的精神财富,集中体现在三个方面:为国——经世致用;治学——实事求是;修身——勤精不倦。这些思想对新时代编辑实践和素养提升具有重大指导意义,要求当代编辑应为社会主义文化建设贡献力量,坚守高尚的职业道德,努力作学者型编辑。A series of thoughts formed by the group of ancient Chinese editors during the long editing practice are the precious spiritual wealth of the posthumous generations,which are embodied in three aspects:serving the country-managing the world for practical purposes;pursuing scholarship-seeking truth from facts;self-cultivation--Diligence and tirelessness.These ideas are of great guiding significance for the practice and quality of editors in the new era.It requires contemporary editors to contribute to the construction of socialist culture,adhere to noble professional ethics,and strive to be scholarly editors.
