摘 要:水泥浆液结石体抗压强度是评价灌后被灌岩土体力学性能、耐久性等灌浆效果的重要因素,也是水灰比、浆液级配、屏浆时间等施工参数选择的重要依据。压滤效应贯穿整个灌浆过程,对浆液结石体抗压强度影响显著。目前业内主要采用的室内成模强度测试方法忽略了灌浆压力、排水条件、地质条件等因素对浆液结石体的影响,不能反映压滤效应在灌浆过程中的作用,难以获得不同压滤强度作用下水泥浆液的凝结过程和结石体的最终抗压强度。为分析压滤效应对灌浆效果的影响,本文以系列室内试验和构建的水泥硬化浆体结构为基础,建立了水泥浆液结石体抗压强度的计算模型,分析了不同条件下的压滤作用效果,结果表明:经压滤作用后水泥浆液结石体强度均有不同程度的提高,约为不考虑压滤效应结石体强度的2~5倍;强压滤作用下浆液水灰比对结石体强度影响不大;不同水灰比浆液的最终抗压强度与压滤强度的对数成线性关系。The compressive strength of the cement slurry stone is an important factor for evaluating the grouting results of the mechanical properties and durability of the rock mass after grouting, and it is also an important basis for the selection of construction parameters, such as water-cement ratio, slurry gradation and the time of keeping pressure. The pressure filtration effect runs through the entire grouting process and has a significant impact on the strength of cement slurry stone. At present, the indoor molding strength testing method mainly used in this industry, has ignored the influence of grouting pressure, drainage conditions, geological conditions and other factors on the slurry stone, cannot reflect the role of pressure filtration effect in the grouting process, and is difficult to obtain the coagulation process of cement slurry and the final compressive strength of the stone under different pressure filtration strength. In order to study the effect of the pressure filtration property on the grouting performance, the paper has analyzed the pressure filtration effect under different conditions by establishing computation model for the compressive strength of cement slurry stone body, based on a series of laboratory tests and the structure of the cement hardened slurry. The results show that: The strength of the cement slurry stones is improved in different degrees after the pressure filtration, which is about 2-5 times of the stone body strength without considering the pressure filtration effect;the slurry water-cement ratio has little effect on the strength of the stones under the strong pressure filtration;the final compressive strength of slurries with different water-cement ratios is linearly related to the logarithm of the pressure filtration strength.
