改良皮肤护理方案对手足口病患儿疱疹愈合和疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探究手足口病患儿实行改良皮肤护理方案对疱疹愈合和疼痛的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取南通大学附属南通第三医院2018年8月-2020年4月收治的手足口病患儿84例作为研究对象。2018年8月-10月纳人的患儿人组对照组(n=42),2018年11月-2020年4月纳人的患儿人组观察组(n=42)。对照组患儿实行常规皮肤护理方案,观察组患儿实行改良皮肤护理方案。观察两组患儿各项临床指标、皮肤评分、护理配合度和护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组的疼痛消失时间疱疹愈合时间、退热时间和平均治疗时间均显著缩短(P值均<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组人院3 d后、出院前的皮肤评分,以及用药依从性皮肤保护依从性和皮肤清洁依从性均显著改善(P值均<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手足口病患儿实施改良的皮肤护理方案,有利于缓解患儿疼痛感,促进疱疹愈合和缩短患儿治疗时间,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of improved skin care on herpes healing and pain in children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 84 children with HFMD in Nantong Third Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from August 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the observed objccts through convenience sampling.Children from August to October 2018 were enrolled in the control group(n=42)and children from November 2018 to April 2020 were enrolled in the observation group(n=42).The control group was given routine skin care,while the observation group was given improved skin care.The clinical indicators,skin scores,nursing cooperation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the pain disappeared time,herpes healing time,time to fever control and average treatment time of the observation group were significantly shorter(all P<0.05).The observation group had higher skin scores 3 days after admission and before discharge(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,adherence to medication,skin protection and skin cleaning of the observation group were significantly better(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observ ation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved skin care program for children with HFMD is helpful torelieve pain,promote herpes healing and shorten treatment time,which has clinical application value.
