循证护理干预在预防留置腰大池引流管并发症中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究循证护理干预在预防留置腰大池引流管并发症中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月-2020年5月在南方医院增城分院神经外科留置腰大池引流管的患者80例,随机分人对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施循证护理干预模式。观察两组引流管留置时间、血性脑脊液清除时间引流管相关并发症发生情况,以及护理满意度。结果观察组的引流管留置时间、血性脑脊液清除时间均较对照组显著缩短(P值均<0.05)。观察组的非计划性拔管、导管引流不畅、过度引流和压疮的发生率均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。观察组对护理工作的满意度为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预能够显著减少腰大池引流管留置的相关并发症发生,缩短治疗时间,并有助于提高护理满意度,改善护理质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in preventing complications of indwelling lumbar cistern drainage tube.Methods 80 patients who were admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery in Zengcheng Branch of Nanfang Hospital ftom May 2019 to May 2020 and needed a drainage tube for lumbar cistern were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random drawing:observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Among them,the control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given an evidence-based nursing intervention model.The drainage tube indwelling time,clearance time of bloody cerebrospinal fluid,the occurrence of drainage tube-related complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The drainage tube indwelling time and bloody cerebrospinal fluid clearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The incidence of unplanned extubation,poor catheter drainage,excessive drainage and pressure ulcers in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The observation group's satisfaction with nursing work was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 75.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications related to indwelling lumbar drainage tube,shorten the time of treatment,and it is helpful to increase nursing satisfaction and improve the quality of nusing,which is wortly of puarizaion and aplicain.
