摘  要:目的探究手术室护士接受米勒(Miller)能力模型的管理培训联合情景模拟练习的实际效果。方法选取2018年5月-2020年5月于南方医科大学附属小榄人民医院手术室工作的护士40名,随机分人对照组和观察组,每组20名。对照组护士接受传统管理培训,观察组护士采用Miller能力模型和情景模拟练习进行培训。比较两组培训前后的岗位胜任能力和自我效能感,统计培训1个月后两组手术室差错的发生率。结果培训前,两组手术室岗位胜任能力评分和自我效能感评分的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。培训后两组的岗位胜任能力评分和自我效能感评分均有提高,观察组的两项评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。培训后,观察组护士1个月内的手术室差错发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用Miller能力模型的管理培训联合情景模拟练习可明显提高手术室护士的自我效能感和岗位胜任能力,降低手术室差错发生率。Objective To explore the actual effect of management training based on Miller competency model combined with scenario simulation practice for nurses in operating room.Methods 40 nurses in the operating room of Xiaolan Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional management training,and the observation group was trained by Miller competency model and scenario simulation exercises.The job competency and self-efficacy of the two groups before and after the training were compared,and the incidence of errors in the operating room of the two groups after one month of training was counted.Results Before training,there was no significant difference in the scores of post competency and self-efficacy between the two groups(both P>0.05).After training,the scores of post competency and self-efficacy of the two groups were improved,and the two scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After training,the operating room error rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Miller competency model combined with scenario simulation training can significantly improve the operating room nurses'self-efficacy and job competency,and reduce the incidence of errors in the operating room.
