摘 要:建立旋转机械一侧基础松动拉杆转子动力学模型,利用Wilson-θ法分析该系统的动力学响应。将考虑基础松动与不考虑基础松动的转子动力学行为进行比较,分别以转子转速和松动质量为控制参数分析了转子动力学行为,同时对比了转子松动端与未松动端的运动轨迹。研究发现,转子基础松动对其动力学行为有很大影响,考虑基础松动后,其分岔点后移,且运动行为更为复杂丰富;转子的运动行为非常丰富,主要表现为周期、倍周期、周期三、周期五、准周期、混沌等,且松动质量块也具有与转子相同的运动行为;转子松动端的振幅比未松动端的振幅大,且轨迹形状也有很大差别。The dynamics model of rotating machine is established in consideration of the pedestal looseness of left side bearing.By Wilson-θmethod,the analysis on the dynamics responses of the rotor system is carried out.The comparison on the dynamics behaviors between the consideration and non-consideration of pedestal looseness of the rotor is implemented.With rotating speed and looseness mass being the control parameters,dynamics behaviors of the rotor are analized,and the orbit comparison between the loosen and unloosen sides of the rotor in the meanwhile is conducted.The research results show that the pedestal looseness has a great impact on the dynamic behaviors of the rotor,upon which the bifurcation point is backward,and the motion behavior is more complicated and diverse.The diversity is shown mainly as periodic,period-2,period-3,period-5,quasi-period and chaos ect.,And the looseness mass has the same dynamics behaviors as the rotor.The orbit amplitude of the rotor is bigger at loosen side,and the orbit shapes at the two sides are drastically different.
