摘 要:依托上海老港综合填埋场可持续填埋研究和工艺示范,在陈垃圾筛分前增设沉淀冲洗脱水工艺,结果显示脱水15 min相比脱水8 min轻质物筛出率上升7.0%~7.8%,设备堵塞频率下降。通过测算各筛分组分质量占比,总结了垃圾组分降解变化一般规律,新鲜垃圾的厨余组分主要转化为陈垃圾的细粒组分,其中厨余组分占比由69.9%降低到3.0%以下,而细粒组分占比由0提升至76.1%以上。人工室内分拣试验表明:该工艺对轻质物的分离效率达到78.0%,对厨余垃圾的分离效率为86.6%,设备筛分效率相比同类工程提升了20%以上。Based on the sustainable landfill research and process demonstration in Shanghai Laogang comprehensive landfill,a precipitation flushing and dehydration process was added before the screening of aged waste.The results showed that compared with 8 minutes of dehydration,the screening rate of light matter increased by 7.0%~7.8%after 15 minutes of dehydration,and the frequency of equipment clogging decreased.By measuring the mass proportion of each screening group,the transformation rule of waste component was summarized,the kitchen waste component in fresh MSW was mainly converted to fine grain component of aged waste.Proportion of kitchen waste component decreased from 69.9%to less than 3.0%,while the proportion of fine grain component increased from 0 to more than 76.1%.The manual indoor sorting test showed that the separation efficiency of the process for light materials and kitchen waste were 78.0%and 86.6%respectively,and the screening efficiency of the equipment has been improved by more than 20%compared with similar projects.
