摘 要:针对逆变电源带电机类负载时电机启动冲击电流引发逆变电源限流保护的问题,研究一种逆变电源动态限流控制策略,按照开关器件结温进行过流保护。提出一种基于结温预估的动态电流控制策略,可充分利用器件选型时的裕量以及逆变电源在轻载状况下剩余的温升空间。建立了逆变电源的电热仿真模型,仿真验证了该限流控制方法的可行性。In order to solve the problem of current limiting protection of inverter power supply caused by the starting impulse current of motor load,a dynamic current limiting control strategy of inverter power supply is studied,and the over-current protection is carried out according to the junction temperature of switching devices.A dynamic current control strategy based on junction temperature estimation is proposed,which can make full use of the margin during device selection and the remaining temperature rise space of the inverter under light load conditions.The electrothermal simulation model of inverter power supply is established,and the feasibility of current limiting control method is verified by simulation.
