摘  要:中高压直流变流器在直流输电、社区中压直流供电和全电船舶等领域有巨大的应用潜力,已成为学术界研究的热点。当前在中高压直流断路器尚未商用的情况下,具有直流故障阻断功能的中高压直流变流器成为技术研究的重点方向之一。受低压Cuk电路启发,提出一种兼顾模块化特性和直流故障阻断功能的新型非隔离型中高压直流变流器拓扑。该拓扑可在维持子模块电容电压均衡的前提下,实现串联电力半导体器件的软开关操作,避免了动静态均压问题。与现有的具有直流故障阻断功能的直流变流器相比,所提拓扑减少了开关器件的数量,降低了系统的成本和体积。基于MATLAB/Simulink的仿真,研究验证了该拓扑的可行性。Medium/high-voltage DC transformer has potential applications in DC transformation,community medium-voltage power supply and all-electric ship,thus it gains much research attentions in recent years.Since the medium/high-voltage DC circuit breaker has not been commercially available yet,the medium/high voltage DC converter with DC fault blocking function has become one of the key directions of technical research.Inspired by Cuk converter,and a novel non-isolated medium/high-voltage DC converter with the features of modular design and DC fault blocking is proposed.This topology can realize the soft switching operation of series power semiconductor devices on the premise of maintaining the equalization of the capacitor voltage of the sub-modules,avoiding the problem of dynamic and static voltage equalization.Compared with the existing DC converter with DC fault blocking function,the proposed topology reduces the number of switching devices and reduces the cost and volume of the system.The feasibility of the proposed converter is verified by simulations performed by MATLAB/Simulink.
