摘　　要：介绍了宝钢某连铸机提高自动开浇成功率的实践情况。分析了中间包水口动态开度控制模型及其控制方法,在只用滑板控制的情况下,得到了稳定的结晶器铸流,取得了较好的开浇成功率,降低了系统使用成本。The practice of improving the success rate of automatic start-up of a continuous caster in Baosteel is introduced.The dynamic opening control model and control method of tundish nozzle are analyzed.In the case of only using the slide plate control,the stable mold casting flow is obtained,the good success rate of casting is achieved,and the system cost is reduced.
