摘  要:针对基于光电开关回零方式的回零精度低问题,提出一种结合光电开关和Z向脉冲的控制模式,搭建基于UMAC五轴磨床的数控伺服系统控制平台,以位置模式的控制方法为基础进行全闭环控制,结合光电开关和光栅尺的Z向脉冲共同进行回零精度控制。试验结果表明,结合光电开关和Z向脉冲的控制方式相较于传统控制方式有更高的精度,为机床的定位精度和加工精度奠定了基础。Aiming at the problem of low zero return precision based on photoelectric switch zero return mode,a control mode combining photoelectric switch and Z-direction pulse is proposed.The control platform of CNC servo system based on UMAC five-axis grinder was built.Based on the control method of position mode,the full closed-loop control is carried out,and the zero precision control is carried out jointly by combining the photoelectric switch and Z-direction pulse of grating ruler.The experimental results show that the control mode combining photoelectric switch and Z-direction pulse has a higher precision than the traditional control mode,which provides a foundation for the positioning accuracy and machining accuracy of machine tools.
