摘 要:针对某核电厂一台主变运行中产生少量乙炔的异常情况,采用超声波、高频检测的电-声局放手段对其进行检测,判断放电源位于变压器中性点套管的升高座下方。利用机组大修窗口,对变压器进行排油内检,确认均压罩已松脱,松脱的均压罩处于悬浮电位状态,持续放电导致变压器油裂化分解产生了少量乙炔。进一步分析了均压罩松脱的原因,并对均压罩的固定方式提出了改进措施。In view of the abnormal situation of a small amount of acetylene generated in the operation of a main transformer of a nuclear power plant,ultrasonic and high-frequency detection of electro-acoustic partial discharge methods were used to detect,and the discharge source was judged to be located under the elevated base of the transformer neutral bushing.The overhaul window of the unit is used to conduct internal inspection of the oil drain of the transformer.It is confirmed that the pressure equalizing cover is loose.The loose equalizing cover is in the state of suspended potential,and the continuous discharge leads to the cracking and decomposition of transformer oil to produce a small amount of acetylene.The reasons for the loose of the pressure equalizing cover are further analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward for the fixing way of the pressure equalizing cover.
