摘 要:针对传统锚杆应力传感器存在的功耗较大、抗干扰能力差、系统繁杂等问题,研制了一种基于RS485总线传输的低功耗锚杆应力传感器。创新性地采用高精度的电阻应变片原理的应力检测元件,显著提高了传感器的检测精度。从器件选型、低功耗运行机制两方面详细介绍了接口EMC电路、DC-DC降压电路、元件供电电路、差分信号放大电路、数码管显示电路、遥控电路、声光报警电路、通讯电路八部分硬件电路设计方案,以及传感器的软件流程。进行了实验室基本性能实验,实验结果表明,传感器具有低功耗高精度的特点,实现了一条总线带载10台的设计需求。Aiming at the problems of high power consumption,poor anti-interference ability and complex system of traditional anchor stress sensor,a low power anchor stress sensor based on RS485 bus transmission is developed.The detection accuracy of the sensor is greatly improved by innovatively using the high-precision resistance strain gauge principle stress detection element.Eight parts of the hardware circuit are presented in details from two aspects of device selection and low power operation mechanism,including the interface EMC circuit,DC-DC step-down circuit,component power supply circuit,differential signal amplifier circuit,digital tube display circuit,remote control circuit,alarm circuit,communication circuit,and the software program flow are presented in details too.The basic performance of the sensor is tested in the laboratory,the experimental results show that the sensor has the characteristics of low power consumption and high precision,the design requirement of ten stress sensors with one bus is realized.
