摘  要:针对由于焊接损伤造成的重大机械事故问题,提出了对焊接钢板结构进行实时健康监测的损伤检测方法,以快速获取设备损伤的位置,并及时对设备结构的损伤采取一定的修补措施。利用压电陶瓷(PZT)耦合结构机械阻抗原理,推导出了PZT电阻抗与结构机械阻抗两者的关系。借助于ANSYS14.0有限元软件对带有焊缝裂纹的焊接钢板进行了损伤检测仿真研究,研究结果表明压电导纳频谱曲线对裂纹的深度非常敏感,可以有效地获取焊缝裂纹损伤情况。View of the serious mechanical accidents caused by welding damage,this paper puts forward the damage detection research of real-time health monitoring for welded steel plate structure,so as to quickly obtain the location of equipment damage,and take certain repair measures for equipment structure damage in time.Based on the principle of piezoelectric ceramic(PZT)coupling structure mechanical impedance,the relationship between PZT impedance and structure mechanical impedance is deduced.With the help of ANSYS 14.0 finite element software,the damage detection simulation of welded steel plate with weld crack is carried out.The research results show that the piezoelectric admittance spectrum curve is very sensitive to the depth of the crack,and can effectively obtain the weld crack damage.
