摘　　要：现代服务业体系构建对推动经济转型升级、培育竞争新优势、促进消费升级具有重要意义。立足多重融合视角,利用熵值法,从发展规模、发展结构、发展效益等维度对粤港澳大湾区城市服务业高质量发展综合体系及子体系进行评价测度及特征分析。进一步地,通过构建计量模型,探讨了经济发展水平、人口分布密度、对外开放程度、人力资本水平、互联网普及程度、财政分权程度等因素对粤港澳大湾区服务业高质量发展的影响,并针对粤港澳大湾区现代服务业体系构建面临的挑战,提出了“十四五”时期其构建的路径。The construction of modern service industry system is of great significance to promote economic transformation and upgrading,cultivate new competitive advantages and promote consumption upgrading.Based on the perspective of multiple integration,this paper uses entropy method to evaluate the comprehensive system and sub-system of high-quality development level of urban service industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)from the dimensions of scale,structure and benefit.Furthermore,this paper empirically studies the influence of economic development level,population density,openness degree,human capital level,internet penetration,government fiscal decentralization on the high-quality development of service industry in the GBA,and puts forward ways to construct the modern service industry system in the GBA during the 14th Five Year Plan period in view of the realistic difficulties.
