摘  要:介绍吉林建龙钢铁有限责任公司单喷颗粒镁脱硫站的工艺现状,并结合本厂的历史数据,从影响单喷颗粒镁脱硫的热力学、动力学及脱硫率的各种因素着手,通过优化颗粒镁的安息角、监督铁水成分及温度变化、优化脱硫渣组成等手段,可以将喷吹强度稳定控制在10 kg/min以上,钝化镁单耗控制在0.5 kg/t以内,脱硫站的处理周期缩短至30 min以内,保证脱硫站为转炉提供优质合格的铁水。This paper introduces the present situation of the desulfurization station with single injection of granulated magnesium in Jianlong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd in Jilin Province,China.Combined with the historical data of the plant and starting from the factors affecting the thermodynamics,kinetics and desulfurization rate of single injection granular magnesium desulfurization,the injection intensity can be stably controlled above 10 kg/min,The unit consumption of passivated magnesium is controlled within 0.5 kg/t,and the treatment cycle of desulfurization station is shortened to less than 30 min by optimizing the repose angle of granular magnesium,supervising the composition and temperature change of molten iron,optimizing the composition of desulfurization slag,which ensures that the desulfurization station can provide qualified hot metal for converter.
