摘 要:针对某厂近期生产的ML40Cr冷镦钢热轧盘条1/3冷顶锻批量开裂不合格的情况,文中采用宏观与微观等分析方法,对其原因进行了深入分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。结果表明:顶锻开裂形貌可归纳为斜向裂纹、纵向裂纹两种,纵向裂纹对使用方影响较大;通过检测分析,发现主要原因是母材中存在大型夹渣。为此,通过采取挡渣出钢、适当提高精炼时间等措施,冷顶锻开裂现象得到显著改善,满足了用户需求。In view of the unqualified situation of 1/3 cold upsetting batch cracking of ML40Cr cold heading steel wire rod produced recently in a factory,this paper analyzes the causes using macro and micro analysis methods,and puts forward corresponding solutions.The results showed that the cracking morphology of upsetting can be divided into oblique crack and longitudinal crack,and the longitudinal crack affects the usage more seriously.;according to the detection and analysis,the main reason is the existence of composite oxide slag inclusion in the base metal.Therefore,by taking measures such as slag blocking tapping and appropriately increasing refining time,the cracking phenomenon of cold upsetting has been significantly improved to meet the needs of customers.
