摘  要:涤/氨织物需要在高温下热定型以改善布面平整性,而高温必然对氨纶纤维结构和性能产生影响。对氨纶纤维进行180℃热定型处理,测试分析了纤维分子结构及力学性能。结果表明,氨纶纤维经180℃热定型较短时间,其分子结构影响不大,断裂强力有一定提高,但耐疲劳性并没有改善。Polyester/spandex fabrics need to be heat set at high temperature to improve the surface smoothness,but high tempera­ture would inevitably affect the structure and properties of spandex fibers.Spandex fibers were heat set at 180,and its molecular structure and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the molecular structure of spandex fiber had lit­tle effect after heat setting at 180 for a short time.The breaking strength was enhanced,however,the fatigue resistance was not improved.
