摘 要:针对既有空间屋盖因建筑功能发生改变、结构遭受损害、服役期满等因素引起的承载力不足或无法正常使用的问题,通过检测评估、概念设计、数值模拟及工程应用等方法,创新性提出了由“单坡屋盖结构”改为“双重坡屋盖结构”的拆除重建方案,研发了“高空分片拆除、地面人工解体”的钢网架拆除方法,发明了一种金属屋面系统固定支座及连接技术,解决了原屋盖结构迎风面积大、抵御恶劣台风天气能力弱和原金属屋面抗风压能力较差、易开裂的问题,实现了在原主体结构保留完好的前提下对既有空间屋盖结构安全、经济及高效的拆除和重建,为我国既有空间屋盖改造提供了良好的技术支撑,助力既有城市工业区升级改造、城市更新。To solve the problems of insufficient bearing capacity and incapability to meet serviceability requirement of existing space roof caused by the change of architectural function,structural damage,expiry of service life,etc.,the demolition and reconstruction scheme of changing“single sloping roof structure”to“double sloping roof structure”is innovatively proposed through evaluation,conceptual design,numerical simulation,engineering application and so on.Besides,the methods of“high altitude segment dismantling and ground manual dismantling”as well as fixed support of metal roof system and connection technology are invented.Consequently,the problems of large windward area of the original roof structure,insufficient to resist severe typhoon and wind pressure as well as easy cracking of the original metal roof are resolved.In addition,the proposed technologies realize the safe,economic and efficient demolition and reconstruction of the existing space roof structure on the premise with the original main structure remained intact,which potentially provides good technical support for the reconstruction of the existing space roof in China.It helps the upgrading and reconstruction of the existing urban industrial zone and urban renewal.
