摘  要:伴随着高层建筑日益增多和建筑结构日趋复杂,众多高净空、大跨度项目的施工越来越依靠高支模支撑技术。但由于高支模的施工技术难度大、危险性较高,常常存在着诸多安全隐患并容易诱发施工安全事故。本研究通过搜集众多案例,筛选出事故原因明确的26起典型高支模施工安全事故案例,利用人因分析与分类系统(HFACS)分析模型,从组织影响、不安全监管、不安全行为的前提条件及不安全行为这4个层面分析事故影响因素,通过清晰集定性比较分析方法(csQCA)进行组态分析,研究结果表明各因素与结果存在着多重并发因果关系,并存在着5种典型组态构型。研究初步从人为因素视角剖析了高支模施工安全事故的发生机制,并为高支模施工安全管理提供了新的科学依据。With the increasing number of high-rise buildings and the increasing complexity of building structures,the construction of many high-clearance and large-span projects increasingly relies on high formwork support technology,this construction technology is dangerous and easy to induce construction safety accidents.In this study,26 typical high formwork construction safety accident cases with clear cause are selected from collected cases.The influencing factors of accidents are analyzed from four aspects of organization influence,unsafe supervision,precondition of unsafe behavior and unsafe behavior by using human factor analysis and classification system(HFACS)and we use a clear set of qualitative analysis method to analyze configuration(csQCA).The results indicate that there is a causal relationship between multiple concurrent factors and results,and there are 5 kinds of typical configuration configurations.This study analyzes the occurrence mechanism of safety accidents in construction of high branch formwork from the perspective of human factors and provides a new scientific basis for safety management in construction of high formwork support.
