摘  要:针对高寒山区沥青路面灌缝材料的特殊要求,以90#基质沥青为母体、以韧性聚苯乙烯(TPS)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)和环烷油为改性剂,采用高速剪切法制备了一种热拌型灌缝材料,简称中间体,并通过正交试验对其组成进行了优化;再通过添加适量SAK温拌剂最终制得温拌型灌缝材料(TEK-U),通过室内试验系统研究其低温抗裂性能、抗剪性能、黏附性能及变形能力等技术指标。结果表明,相较于普通加热型灌缝材料,TEK-U不仅具有较好的低温抗裂性能、抗剪性能以及与沥青混凝土的黏附性能,而且还具有对裂缝形变的良好追从性;实体工程应用情况表明,TEK-U具有良好的施工性能、渗透性能以及密水性能。According to the special requirements of crack filling material for bituminous pavement in Alpine region,a hot mix crack filling material called the intermediate for short is prepared by high-speed shear method with 90#asphalt matrix as the basis,TPS,EVA and naphthenic oil as modifiers,and its composition is optimized by orthogonal test.Then,by adding appropriate SAK warm mix agent,a warm mix crack filling material(TEK-U)is prepared.At last,the low temperature crack resistance,shear resistance,adhesion and deformation of TEK-U are studied by laboratory test systematically.The results show that TEK-U not only has better low-temperature crack resistance,shear resistance and adhesion performance with asphalt concrete,but also has better step consistency to the crack deformation compared with the ordinary heated crack filling material.The application of entity engineering also shows that TEK-U has excellent construction performance,permeability,and water tightness.
